 When Kelsey sprung this surprise book on us in her arc team, I jumped for joy. I was questioning whether we would get a Colby book, after that epilogue in The Enemy and seeing him with a woman and Kelsey delivered!

It was amazing and the exact right story for Colby. The surprise dad trope was perfect for him and I loved being able to see him grow and show what an amazing dad he could be!

I loved his and Brenna's relationship and when she finally called him dad, I honestly cried it was so beautiful. I loved his and Saige's relationship too and the fact she was an old flame he was reconnecting with.

We got to see Tessa and Asher again (a lot more) which I adored because they're awesome and so funny, also we see Lennox and a glimpse of Cade - it felt so good to come back to these characters that I love so much and see them again!

This is some of Kelsey's best writing to date and you won't be disappointed with Colby's story, it was exactly right for him and he got the ending and story he deserved! Everyone go and read this book. It will completely blow you away and leave you a sobbing mess in the end like I was.
