I loved the whole atmosphere of this book! I really liked the family situation they all had between the heirs and I'm so invested in each relationship that was hinted and finding out about each and every character! I didn't even realise that this was a spinoff series, I look forward to going back and seeing how their parents relationship came about!

Jade really annoyed me at the beginning of the book, she just wasn't seeing reason and I could not understand her despite her grief. Hunter had the patience of a saint, especially when she got repeatedly abusive with him I felt so annoyed.

I did really love Hunter and once Jade saw reason I liked their relationship together too it was so cute! The plot was a nice quick read and I breezed through this book. I'm so intrigued about all the other characters though. I was so excited when I got to the end of the book and saw the 8 books laid out on all the heirs and their relationships! Mila and Jas are next and I cannot wait for them! I hope their book is soon, I'm so excited! Definitely check this book out when it comes out August 26th!
