BENNETT MAFIA BY TIJAN

I don't know how to feel about this book, to be honest I'm a little disappointed. I thought I would like this book a lot more, but it was not what I expected. After reading all of Tijan's mafia books I can say that Cole was definitely my favourite.

Riley now I'll give her her dues she was badass and so strong, one of the strongest heroines I've read in terms physically. But, there was something about her that really annoyed me throughout and I can't say I enjoyed reading her.

I really loved Kian I feel he was so misunderstood, he's just trying to protect his family and people keep calling him a monster. It was pissing me off how his own family seemed to hate him and how Riley hated him for no reason. I did love the dynamic though as a family, Jonah was my favourite and I love him and Kian with all my heart.

The ending wasn't my favourite it just felt so random. However, the scene with Kian and the council was badass and I LOVED it.

This was such a different book to read and I felt it was way too long, but I still enjoyed it and it was really well written. Just not my cup of tea this time!
