BLOOD MOON BY BRITNEY S. LEWIS (ARC REVIEW)

★★★ BLOOD MOON BY BRITNEY S. LEWIS Thank you Page Street YA and Netgalley for the ARC. I would definitely call this the 2025 Twilight book. The atmosphere, the setting, the characters and the plot gave that kind of feel. It felt like you were transported back to those YA paranormal days. I think the place where it did fall flat on though was the plot - it felt very slow and repetitive at times, it almost dragged at points instead of getting to it (it spoke around it all the time). The MMC in this Julian is a mix between Jacob and Edward (so no arguments from the Twihards anymore). We have a new girl to a university trying to find her way with a sheriff dad and mysterious happenings only to discover there is something more... I did like her relationship with her friends along with the development between her and Julian. Check it out when it comes out September 9th!
